This device is easy to use and works great

I could move my neck without numbness and tingling in my arm. Sleeping was in one or two positions. I’ve used the traction every day for 20 minutes. Now I barely have issues at all.

Your neck traction device healed my neck hernia so I knew this would help my lower back and my 3 herniations. I have been using it for a week now. It feel great to stretch that area out. I feel hopeful that with some time I will not be in chronic pain.

I ordered a replacement pump and unfortunately it arrived broken in two. The customer service folks responded immediately and had a replacement pump sent out the next week. The replacement pump works great.

I need a slight lift in my left heel to protect my lower spine. These are the best heel lifts because I can adjust them to the particular shoe. Sometimes I only need the smallest thickness, two pairs of sneakers need two thicknesses. Either way, I'm no longer having the back pain and off-balance feeling anymore!

Exactly what I wanted. This is the same device my provider had me use, which was very effective for my condition. Being familiar with the device allowed me to purchase with confidence. Easy to use, quality build. The unit shipped quickly and well packaged. Carrying case is nice to have for storage but I don’t plan to travel with it (it’s not particularly light). It stays in my exercise space.

It was perfect for the compression and cold treatments right after surgery.

So far I am happy with my product. I have been using this same product for over 15 years, I hope this one lasts me just as long.

I find that the pads lose their stickiness too soon, but that's OK. I will continue to use the TENS several times/day. I am a disabled veteran and the VA here in CT basically saved me by turning me on to the TENS unit.
