I bought this in advance of my rotator cuff surgery. Upon the advice of the source ortho staff, I got the dedicated shoulder wrap rather than the universal wrap. It takes a little practice to put it on my shoulder one handed, but it works very well. I've also found that using the eight plastic bags that come with it to fill with water and make ice packs works very well. I keep four in the freezer at a time and then swap them into the Breg device when needed. The ice lasts a long time. The compression feature is gentle. I find the unit easy to move around from room to room and easy to refill. Overall, I'm very happy with this.

The first knee wore out the Velcro so this is for my second knee. I used it almost continuously for weeks. It is fabulous and really reduced swelling and pain. Great machine and sleeve.

Easy to operate. Ice lasts about 6 hours. Only drawback is no timer. I have had little swelling with tkr. Thanks for help with purchase and advice.

We have the reusable ice bags for the Breg Polar Care Cube system. The bags are very good and help a lot.

Excellent match for the Bolster used at PT sessions. Same dimensions, shape and support consistency.

It's amazing, never go through a surgery without it. Trying to deal with an ice pack is crazy when this is available.

Feeling is coming back in quad

I love this. The only drawback, I wish it was larger. This is a great size for the knee but the area could be twice this size for the hip. But very happy with the product.
