I love this Aspen Horizon Back Brace. What a difference it has made for my back pain and especially my sciatica. I have had 2 lumbar back surgeries years ago and my current neurosurgeon does not believe further surgery will help my case. The back brace has made all the difference. The tightening system and pull tabs allow me to make appropriate adjustments as I need. It's been a life saver.

Great machine for upper and lower body. The gym at our resort is closing for 9 months for additions and remodel. My wife used this machine every day for the past year. She has lost 71 pounds. Even though it's a little pricey for a personal home exercise equipment, it is worth it. She uses it 3 times a day now.

My PT lent me his one of these for a couple months. The traction made a huge difference in lowering my whiplash pain. When I gave his back, I bought a less expensive one and it was so hard to use that I returned it and got this. Easy to use, comes with a nice protective case, and really helps.
