Works like a charm!

Saved me from getting up several times a day to get fresh ice. After surgery that's not something that you want to do.

EXCELLENT

We bought this prior to having labrum surgery. IT IS A GAME CHANGER for the recovery process! To have the ease of placing the therapy pad on and wrapping it around the shoulder makes for easier icing times. The equipment is easy to use and store. It is most definitely worht the investment!

It should have a switch or, preferably, a remote control

Mine was for my shoulder so I had one hand. Unplugging it from the wall required me to get up each time and unplugging from the unit was difficult with only one hand . Not to mention I would gave to, but could not, reach across my injured shoulder to do it.
