Ideally the unit would be better insulated so the unit would stay colder longer. Also maybe so smaller wraps for a women

Works great, instant cold and compression felt so good on my knee. Had a total knee
replacement and this is perfect! Highly recommend this product!

Phenomenal

The Polar Wave ice and compression machine is phenomenal. After surgery when my leg was swollen, irritated, and inflamed, the sensation of this ice machine is as close to ecstasy as I can imagine on Earth. I joked with someone yesterday that I would give away Shaggy (miniature Highland cow) before I would give away this ice machine, LOL. Yes, that is a joke but I love this machine that much.

This was so important to my wife in recovery after knee surgery. The Breg Polar Care Ice Machine worked perfectly. Such a relief after surgery and continued therapy. I would recommend it unhesitatingly, to anyone after a knee replacement.

System is easy to use, especially if you have ever used a knee or other join brace with hook & loop closure. Cooling is hindered by the thickness of the incision dressing and outer ace bandage wrap; however, cooling does penetrate and compression setting can be adjusted.
