This is a very good one but I have to admit that I use 2 other braces on top of this one tightened all the way for best results. It works well but to get it tighter I put on another back brace then a weightlifting belt on top of those two and that's all. But alive it's still a solid good brace by itself which won't break or rip.

This brace is exactly what I wanted. Excellent fit without excess pressure on my stomach, high quality materials, great stability for my back. It cinches my back without adding pressure anywhere else. Highly recommend this brace, especially for spinal stenosis sufferers.

Two problems: I am short related to osteoarthritis so brace too wide. Second problem is the added pads on each side that were not in construction of similar brace I received same year but few months earlier.

I fit the definition of Big and Tall so I have gone thru several back supports. I’m currently wearing this brace and it works very well. I highly recommend!
