I like this unit a lot for the variable settings and interchanging heads. The additional feature of a warming head setting is appreciated by my patients. My only complaint is that it did not come with a manual or an inital bottle of gel. While the gel wasn't really important, the owner's manual would have been nice. I did download a PDF from the company but could only print out a few pages and the PDF manual was from an older model- but similar enough to use.

Easy to setup & store. Very user friendly. (Make sure to get some direction; such as settings, does & don’ts, from a medical professional). Machine helps relieve my pain & swelling. I can actually see the swelling go down as I’m using the machine. So glad my physical therapist recommended!
