Each insert includes three precision-cut layers, allowing you to choose between 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8" of lift. Simply peel off one or two layers to adjust the height to your preferred level—no tools or guesswork needed. A strong adhesive backing holds each layer securely in place, preventing slipping or shifting during daily wear.

The top layer features a comfortable, durable leather cover that adds a touch of style and softness underfoot. Available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, each lift is sold individually, making it easy to stock for multiple pairs of shoes.

Recommended Use:

Start with all three layers and remove one or two as needed to find your optimal lift height. Once the desired thickness is determined, apply permanent adhesive between layers for long-term stability. For best performance, place the lift under your shoe’s insole.

To ensure continued support and proper alignment, we recommend replacing your heel lift every 2–3 months. Compression and wear over time can reduce the effectiveness of the lift. Keep backup lifts on hand and outfit each of your commonly worn shoes to maintain consistent relief.
