Source Ortho is a women owned company with excellent customer service. Before buying I engaged with their chat feature, got a quick answer and followed up with the suggestion. After purchase, the processing & shipping were efficient and trouble free. The roll is encased within a pleasant blue washable zippered cover. I use it two ways; one directly on the mattress (or floor) while laying on my back, and also inside a pillowcase, as recommended by various practitioners. It's good for supporting the neck from the side, since that is when it's common for alignment problems to happen. There is an adjustment and acclimation period, depending on your physical characteristics and sensitivity. I am happy to have it and feel confident that it will prevent problems from pinched neck nerves as well as neck fatigue.
