it is excellent product

Bought xl size off loading shoe paid for overnight , was charde for extra sole that I didnt need and shoe was way too big , had to where oversized shoe and caused a tripping hazard . So now I have a unsafe shoe and a sole that is not needed . About $130.00 for shoe that I cannot where, should send the correct one at no cost for meto give good review very ubhappy and disapointed

the web page is a little deceptive....for the inserts it says REQUIRED ( IN RED),,,, BUT THEY COME WITH THE SHOES....They did with mine. But an extra may be a decent idea....the extras cost a bit more money($22ea.). I assumed they had to be ordered IN ADDITION to the shoes. I THINK WEBSITE SHOULD BE CORRECTED. You can wear them on either foot. Be sure to have someone measure your foot to configure the insole correctly....which is almost the whole trick to the shoe. OVERALL shoes are great and they help you walk around without smashing the open wounds on the bottom of your feet !!!!!!!
