One may need to buy one at a hardware store. Furthermore, instructions suggest that a second "helper" assist the user in and out of the device. I found that with some creativity, solo use was possible.

The only complaint I would have is there is a small area that the cold does not reach and that happens to be the exact part of my rotator cuff that is damaged. However, it must have accomplished the job required because I do not have pain after using it for a week and therefore, I will give it a 5-star review.
