Traction works great

I put coconut oil on the affected area and put foot onto paper that is the shape of the insole. It leaves a grease spot to indicate the area to take out.

The support from SourceOrtho is great, they call me to confirm when I needed the knee pad and arranged to get it to me in time for my surgery.
The knee pad is working great on icing the knee and massaging at the same time.

My doctor suggested wearing the boot while I watched TV as it is difficult to sleep in them. So far so good.

LOL - this thing is huge - well, the thigh part is. The calf part, not so much. It works much better than the smaller one I had before, though. Cheers!

The ice machine helped to keep swelling at a minimum. It also took the edge off of pain.

If you’re considering knee replaced, this ice machine is a must have.

Love it. Nice to have the whole knee iced at the same time. No need to worry about securing ice packs around the knee. This is soooo much better.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery, as well as some shoulder issues addressed and I had heard horror stories about the pain post surgery. I ordered this shoulder cuff and love the relief it provides. The coolness smoothed my shoulder and kept the bruising and swelling to a minimum. I used frozen containers of ice blocks, instead of ice cubes and this seemed to get the water colder and the cold water lasted longer. Will never go through another major surgery before obtaining the necessary wrap! I highly recommend this product!

Very well built unit. It has helped a lot with my lower back pain. It is a little difficult to get the straps tight enough by myself but not a major issue.

I have only used it once so far, but seems to be a good tool for helping me with my knee surgery recovery.

I ordered this to replace my universal wrap that sprung a leak at the connectors. This is better than the universal wrap because it goes around the leg more which feels amazing!

I had a shoulder replacement. Went through PT, now having Deep Med. Massage therapy. Once I am taped, this is great to help me in between therapy sessions for my sore muscles.
